Hello, I'm Brandon. I'm very happy to be a part of this new community!

I live in Raleigh NC and I love games from all sorts of generations going back to the NES. Zelda is my favorite series of them all. I also love Mario Kart battle mode & Bomberman. Puzzle games & Beat 'Em Ups are the best. Nothing is better than sitting with a buddy on the couch and playing a game.

I collect games but I do my best to only keep things I will play.

I enjoy repairing old games & systems to keep them alive for a little bit longer! I also mod my own systems. And for certain things, like light gun games I still use a good 'ol CRT.

Recapped almost all of my game systems.

Repairs I've done:
NES - Replaced PPU from my original childhood NES that died after a lightning strike
Super Mario Bros - repaired traces to get this working again. I use it to test all NES mods & repairs now. This is one of my more memorable repairs. Ask me about it someday. :) 
Genesis Model 2 - Repaired non functioning controller ports
PS2 - Laser Replacement
Batteries - Countless batteries replaced in cartridge games to keep the saves working
Controllers - Countless replacements of silicone membranes & wire repairs. Repaired my NES Advantage. Replaced the wire on a freinds N64 controller and kept the original plug bc color. :)
